Intern, Customer Service Unit (Full-Time) - Based in Binh Duong

Job Purpose

The intern will support the Customer Service Units in handover preparation, paperwork, and customer engagement activities, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer experience.

DESCRIPTION:

- Assist in preparing handover documentation and coordination for the project.

- Support customer service activities, including paperwork, F&B service, and welcoming customers.

- Prepare kits, gifts, and other customer-related materials.

- Provide administrative support and assist in various projects under the guidance of the manager or team lead.

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role and on-site at the project location.
