Industrial Engineer (Ie) - Kỹ Sư Công Nghiệp

1. Capacity measurement:

• Deploy capacity measurement: mechanism follow up, training to workers, leaders, work with related departments to execute measurement.
• Collect data and analyze.
• Ensure data quality: abnormal points, data trend, checking Processing time standard .
• Provide capacity report: Weekly, monthly.

2. Data analysis and improvement project:

• Provide analysis to help production team improve effectiveness: Identify OEE trend, machine comparison, downtime analyze, fabric types… based on data.
• Quick change over data analysis.
• Provide OEE data for MFCA analysis.
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques to measure performance and track progress.
• Employ problem-solving methodologies, such as root cause analysis and 5 Whys, to address issues and implement corrective actions.

3. MFCA data capture: Material, energy, waste water, system:

• Standardize Material, energy, waste water treatment, system .
• Analyze yarn, fabric consumption based on data from stakeholder.
• Summary DCA consumption base on auto dispensing system.
• Summary energy consumption base on MES system.
• Work with utility, software, automation to provide energy data (electricity, steam, water, compress air…) and waste water treatment data.
• Convert from physical data to financial data base on information from finance.
• Check data and improve data quality.

4. MFCA improvement activities:

• Analyze material utilization data by negative and positive.
• Employ problem-solving methodologies, such as root cause analysis and 5 Whys, to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work with Production, Finance, QC, Ware house, Purchasing for improvement activities execution.

• Education: Bachelor's degree, major: Industrial system Engineering, Textile Engineering;
• Language: Fluent in English;
• Experience: Over 2 years of experience, particularly in the textile-dyeing industry is a plus;
• Technical Skills: Industrial Engineer knowledge, AutoCAD;
