- Support the Department Head and Deputy Head in developing recruitment and employee benefits policies.
- Assist in setting HR objectives, key initiatives, and carrying out HRBP-related tasks.
- Participate in the evaluation of policies related to training, recruitment, talent attraction, and retention.

- University graduate
- English: Upper-intermediate level
- More than 7 years experience as HR staff in Global companies with company size more than 1,000 employees.
- Strong experience in setting HR objectives, HR key initiatives, and carrying out HRBP-related tasks.
- Good at communication skill.
- Good at presentation skill and planing skill.
