Hr Recruiter - Ta Junior

1. Perform recruitment & selection process based on annual talent acquisition plan to ensure timely provision of recruitment services to relevant departments, meeting the target time to fill for the positions
2. Conduct initial interview; arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
3. Work closely with HRBP to ensure all JDs are up to date for efficient talent acquisition
4. Manage the candidate pools and referred candidates
5. Handle job posting both external and internal for referral program; closely work with headhunting service to support strategic recruitment plan
6. Record and perform analysis on the efficiency of recruitment channel for service quality improvement
7. Closely work with C&B team to support new hires' onboarding including but not limited to personal data collection
8. Perform weekly report for Talent acquisition status to OD Manager & quarterly newsletter for employee referral program
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- University graduate, proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English or Chinese is a plus
- At least 02 years of experience at the same position
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill, team work spirit and customer service focus.
