HR Executive _ 6-7 Months Temporary To Cover Maternity Leave

RECRUITMENT

• Handle all matters on Recruitment, including the preparation of recruitment advertisements/materials, processing job applications, conducting interviews, and recruiting qualified and suitable candidates

• Conducting onboarding process for new hires

• Develop a comprehensive database of job applicants and update it regularly

• Coordinate with related departments to update the Job description

OTHER TASKS

• Handle tasks related to documentation for training if required

• Handle the Entry visa process for new expats if required

• Name Tag, Name Card for staff

• Other tasks as assigned by the Superior / Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably candidates with experience in recruitment

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Service-oriented mindset, high sense of responsibility, and teamwork
