    Mô tả công việc

    The HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. They are responsible for assisting with the implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes, as well as providing support to employees regarding HR-related matters. The HR Executive works closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Attract and source qualified candidates for both active and anticipated job openings efficiently.
    • Posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
    • Coordinating the interview process and liaising with hiring managers.
    • Assisting in the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
    • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training

    Employee Relations:

    • Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
    • Mediating and resolving conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
    • Advising employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
    • Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Assisting employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and claims.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to benefits.
    • Salary, SI & PIT calculation

    Performance Management:

    • Assisting in the performance appraisal process.
    • Monitoring and tracking employee performance reviews.
    • Providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

    HR Compliance:

    • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
    • Keeping HR policies and procedures up to date and in line with legal requirements.
    • Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance.

    Record Keeping and Documentation:

    • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
    • Managing personnel files and HR databases.
    • Preparing and distributing HR-related reports and documentation.

    HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Participating in HR-related projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, or employee engagement initiatives.
    • Contributing to the improvement of HR processes and practices.

    Compliance Reporting:

    • Preparing and submitting reports required by government agencies, such as EEO-1 reports or OSHA reports.
    • Ensuring accurate record-keeping for compliance purposes.

    Termination and Separation:

    • Managing the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews.
    • Administering final pay and benefits-related tasks.

    Employee Communications:

    • Communicating HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.
    • Creating and distributing internal HR communications.

    Health and Safety:

    • Assisting with workplace safety programs and compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
    • Sound knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
