HR Business Partner

The HRBP will be a critical bridge between the Company and the Employee, and be responsible for the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Main responsibilities are included but not limited to following:

• Business Partnering: work closely with stakeholders to enhance work relations, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention. The HRBP will ensure that HR strategies are closely aligned with the unique needs and objectives of the site, helping to create a cohesive and motivated workforce;
• Employee Performance Management: collaborate with team leaders and managers to monitor and analyze employee performance, facilitating the achievement of business goals;
• Employee Engagement and retention: strengthen employee engagement and retention via employee relation programs, coaching, and establish positive relationships with internal teams and external institutes relation programs;
• Policy Implementation Develop HR strategies in line with local HR guidelines, identify areas for improvement such as organizational structure and job grading, and initiate projects to enhance career development, employee wellbeing, and the working environment;
• HRIS and Reporting Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and generate comprehensive reports for management to make informed decisions regarding staffing, attrition, overtime, and more.
