Position Summary
The HR & Admin Specialist supports day-to-day human resources operations and assists in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The position works closely with managers and employees to support business needs and foster a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. HR Administration & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR database (HRIS).
• Prepare contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
3. Employee Relations
• Serve as a contact point for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Annual Wage Supplement equivalent to one (1) month’s salary for each complete year of service. And, Variable Bonus which will be paid based on the Company’s profitability and your individual performance, in accordance with the prevailing policy.
