Head Bar/ Mixologist

The Head Bartender/ Mixologist oversees bar side and all bartenders' work. Your creative flair, energy, and passion will create superior beverage experiences for our guests. Through your effective leadership and innovation, you will create drinks and menus that raise our member’s satisfation.

Job duties:

- Reporting to Operation Manager (or Assistant Mgr if OM absent)

- In charge of Beverage list of our club, preparing and creating special and exciting drinks.

- Monitoring, Planning, Organizing, and Controlling the operations

- Knowledgeable on all F&B options and can assist as a waiter if needed.

- Updating and training full knowledge of all products served in the bar to the team

- Ensuring all details of service are performed by the bartenders meet standards

- Assisting with beverage procurement, beverage costing.

- Implement loss/ risk prevention, manage quality and crisis situation.

- At least 2-3 years as Head Bartender/ Mixologist in luxury hotel/ resort.

- Ability to work independently and teamwork and analyse issues.

- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.

- Fluent in English skills

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Certificated in barista is a plus.
