Mô tả công việc:

  • Deliver personalized guest service in line with Six Senses’ vision, values, and brand standards, with a focus on Japanese-speaking guests.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, and warm welcome arrangements.
  • Handle guest requests, reservations, activities, and in-villa dining arrangements efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service records in the system.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with spa bookings, billing, luggage handling, and valet services.
  • Proactively collect guest feedback, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent grooming, service quality, and professional standards at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Completed High School education is required.
  • Hospitality degree from a recognized hospitality school preferred
  • One year of experience in a similar role in a high end resort.
  • Advanced Opera PMS system and POS.
  • Knowledge of Front Office Department procedures.
  • Good command over written and spoken English & Korean.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work hard.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Dealing with high end guests.
  • Flexible working hours with extra hours requires.
