Corporate Administration & Financial Leadership:
- Direct, manage, and monitor the end-to-end accounting infrastructure for the holding organization and all underlying subsidiaries (where each branch is managed locally by an assigned Chief Accountant).
- Structure workflows, mentor talent, and govern the performance metrics of the central accounting division.
- Construct, enforce, and optimize proactive internal control mechanisms to ensure accounting precision, eradicate operational leakage, and guarantee system-wide compliance.
- Direct professional training initiatives and structural refinements to escalate the overarching operational capabilities of the financial division.
Consolidated Declarations & Management Intelligence:
- Supervise and secure the timely closing, review, and verification of standalone corporate ledgers, comprehensive multi-tier consolidated financial statements, and custom managerial reports per executive demands.
- Oversee the technical integration, functionality, and governance of the enterprise ERP framework to ensure standardized data compilation across the group.
- Guide the implementation of global accounting standards (IFRS) across all corporate operations.
- Maximize the utility of PowerBI models to diagnose financial health, direct treasury and cash flow movements, structure budget compliance, and evaluate equity efficiency.
Fiscal Strategy & Strategic Interfacing:
- Orchestrate group-wide tax optimization strategies, evaluate complex project-based tax closures, and serve as the chief corporate representative before State fiscal authorities.
- Manage high-level relations with independent external audit networks, banking institutions, and designated external corporate tax consultants.
- Partner with the Executive Board to evaluate capital sourcing models, manage corporate fundraising initiatives, and supervise the financial execution of major asset investments.
- Maintain real-time alignment with legislative updates concerning fiscal law, corporate tax codes, and financial reporting amendments to deliver proactive counsel to the Board.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, or related economic fields from an accredited institution. A Master’s Degree or an overseas academic background is highly preferred.
Possession of a valid, state-recognized Chief Accountant Certificate is strictly mandatory. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent international designations) will be a significant advantage.
A minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience within the finance and accounting sector, with at least 5 years serving as a Chief Accountant or an equivalent executive leader.
Proven track record within major holding conglomerates, multinational organizations, or prominent market players in Property Development, Real Estate Investment, or Construction (Familiarity with entities traded on public stock exchanges is highly advantageous).
Mastery of complex corporate ERP systems and sophisticated Excel architecture.
Direct experience executing multi-subsidiary financial statement consolidations and real estate project-based tax audits.
Highly proficient in leveraging PowerBI for enterprise data translation and executive dashboarding.
Good at English
