Mô tả công việc:
- Develop and maintain theirrigation schedulefrom the nursery stage through harvest across the entire farm.
- Operate and maintain the irrigation system in accordance with R&D department guidelines.
- Measure and apply fertilizer into the automatic fertigation system based on R&D instructions.
- Monitorcrop nutritional indicatorsthroughout all crop stages, across multiple varieties.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to identify and implement solutions for crop-related issues (irrigation, nutrition, pests, ETC.).
- Participate in weeklyProduction Team meetingsto report on progress and share cross-departmental updates.
- Perform other farm-related tasks to support production and harvesting as directed by supervisors.
- Report on the operation status of theirrigation and fertigation systemsin the greenhouse to upper management.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Ensure irrigation timing and volume are suitable for each crop stage, optimizing efficiency and water use.
- Develop and refinetransparent, trackable production processesthat enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure the farm operations comply with Viet GAP / Global GAP standards.
- Recording the necessary documents for the verification process.
- Internal audit between farms.
