Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Stag, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Design and iterate on landing pages, social media material, email campaigns, ad creatives, and other growth-focused assets to drive user acquisition and activation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, fintech, and user experience.
Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials, including email newsletters, banners, videos
Help maintain and organize our digital asset library, ensuring files are easily accessible and properly labeled.

Creative and innovation mindset with interest in working in a start-up environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions based on data and user insights.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a growth-focused role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Portfolio showcasing design projects with a focus on growth and measurable impact.
