General Accountant Remote - HCMC Base

JOB DESCRIPTION

Internal Accounting Management:

• Manage, monitor, and verify internal accounting documents.
• Prepare and process income and expenditure reports, and manage company cash flow.
• Record accounting transactions in an accounting system and input data into financial reports.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Account Management and Tax:

• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and work in progress (WIP).
• Reconcile internal payment documents and transactions between the company and third parties.
• Declare various tax invoices (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, etc.).
• Work with state authorities regarding taxation and accounting to ensure legal compliance.

Audit:

• Assist in preparing internal audits.
• Conduct asset and tool inventories to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Other Duties:

• Maintain organized document storage.
• Assist in addressing accounting and tax inquiries for the company.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Director or company management.
