General Accountant (9 Months Contract)

- Be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations, control A/R, A/P, GL, record daily transactions into accounting books.
- Be responsible for PIT (including PIT for foreigners), CIT, FCT, VAT.
- Directly explain the data to the auditing company, parent company, and others.
- Performing full set of accounts and ensuring timely closing of accounts.
- Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
- Be responsible for timely monthly, and yearly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting, and the management report for submission to GD.
- Reviewing and approving payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Performing cash flow forecasting.
- Consultant for GD all financials.
- Doing payroll, and insurance.
- Supporting HR tasks.
- Supporting document and explanation with Auditor.
- Support legal representatives in general affairs related (e.g. translation etc.).
- Other tasks as assigned by GD (General Director).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education : University (major in Accounting);
- Experience : At least 3-4 years (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the logistics industry).
- Language : Intermediate English in all skills.
- Skills : MS Office, FAST system.
- Priority to candidates working after the Tet Holiday.
- Gender: Female (Age: < 30 years old)

Salary Range
17-20 million
Working time
Mon - Fri; and 2 mornings of Sat. per month (work from home). From 8:00 to 17:00 (Break time: 12:00 - 13:00)
