【Job Summary】
- Responsible for work as a General Accountant.
- Assist in managing all activities of the accounting department.
- Assign personnel to support other departments.
- Propose improvements to the accounting department’s system and suggest improvements for the company.

【Job description】
- Verify and reconcile data between internal units, detailed and consolidated data.
- Review the accounting entries of transactions.
- Check and reconcile the accounting inventory with actual inventory; ensure consistency between detailed and consolidated accounting data.
- Verify end-of-period balances for accuracy and alignment with detailed reports.
- Record income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, tools & equipment, liabilities, and other transactions.
- Prepare allocation reports for costs, record allocations and transfers.
- Monitor and manage liabilities through accounts receivable reports.
- Identify and propose provisions or solutions for bad debts company-wide.
- Supervise and inspect inventory movements through warehouse accounting.
- Review and verify tax reports periodically.
- Guide and process accounting transactions.
- Prepare trial balances and monthly and quarterly financial statements, and provide detailed explanations as required.
- Track and prepare internal reports upon request.
- Participate in audits and inventory inspections.
- Improve accounting methods and reporting systems.
- Provide and explain data to the Chief Accountant as required.
- Store accounting records as per regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

- Graduated from College with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a General Accountant.
- Good communication in English (Conversation Level) and Japanese (N3 Advanced Level)
- Ability to compile and understand Vietnamese accounting regulations.
