General Accountant

• General management of all activities and responsibility related to the company's internal finance and accounting

• Management of the company's accounting system , accounting book , invoices, and document in accordance with regulations, scientifically, fully, easily found, and easily seen when needed ...

• Check and approve payment records

• Control and direct the expertise of the accounting department

• Direct the updating of data into the accounting software fully, promptly, and accurately for arising accounting transactions

• Prepare internal report and provide data as required by superiors in accordance with regulations and most accurately

•Coordinate well with department in the company to ensure the smooth operation of the common work

• General management of all activities and responsibility related to the financial and tax accounting fields of the company

• Balancing and issuing revenue invoices according to the company 's regulations, entering revenue into the software

• Guiding the strict implementation of the issuance , distribution , and use of the invoices in accordance with regulations

• Making and submitting reports to the tax authorities in accordance with regulations

• Regularly updating tax policies , new circulars , and decrees to comply with tax laws

• Performing other tasks when requested by superiors

• Responsible to the Board of Directors and competent authorities for the accuracy and accounting operations inn accordance with the law

• University degree in finance , accounting

• 3-5 years of experience as a chief accountant

• Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage

• Computer skills: proficient in word , excel , accounting software

• English communication
