Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Record AP documents. Make payment to suppliers. Ensure payments are in line with payment terms.
- Control for Fixed Asset and tooling items.
- Manage and control cash flow. Update cash flow report weekly.
- Verify accounting voucher, ensure proper documents are enclosed in compliance with regulation and company policy.
- Support to develop policies and procedures relevant to Finance & Accounting Department.
- Assist Finance Manager in closing monthly/yearly report.
- Other work and assignments upon request by management
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting at FDI company, prefer EPE type
- Experience with SAP accounting software
- Deep knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes
- Time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Capital expenditure (Capex), Budget is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (essential).
- English: 4 skills
