Fuel Quality and Quantity Acceptance

- Fuel quantity and quality in according with requirement of the Coal Supplier Agreement (CSA); Power purchase Agreement (PPA) and other current regulations; - Communicate with Diesel Oil (DO) supplier and relevant parties to ensure the Delivery is in line with the DO supply schedule;- Communicate with O&M Company and relevant parties to track and monitor the stock in – stock out, consumption every day, week, month. Summarize and make weekly periodic reports. - Coordinate with customs supervision at the coal yard to ensure compliance with the law (if any);- Provide warning recommendations (if any) to management in case of excess losses;- Support inventory team during each inventory session. - Implement the archive work for all documents/data related to coal importation activities;- Other works assigned by Managers of department;- Report the contents related to the above tasks if required;

- Bachelor degree or above;- Having appropriate technical expertise;- Having at least 2 years experiences in similar position; - Be responsible for coal quantity and quality; - Be responsible for other works assigned by department managers;- Familiar with fuel management system of power plant; - Ability to communicate in English;- Ability in Computer usage (email, office software, etc…);- Ability in Group working.- Ability to stay at Site Office.Benefits: Competitive Salary, Monthly Phone Allowance, Personal health care 24/7 (PVI), supply 3 Meals and free accommodation at Site Office, Salary Increment & Yearly Bonus according to performance.
