Acting as a business partner to support functions, the Finance Business Partner will take responsible for maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of Vietnam.
Description
* Process invoices by verifying transaction details, arranging payments, preparing disbursements, and securing payment approvals.
* Compile monthly journal entries and financial reports through the analysis and summarization of account data and patterns.
* Engage or drive projects and make proactive suggestions to the business leaders to drive their area of responsibility forward financially.
* BU costs allocation and analysis aligned with business line managers, to properly reflect BU performance.
* Ensure precise maintenance of financial records for all receivable transactions and verifications.
* Manage tax filings and guarantee adherence to Vietnam tax regulations.
* Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, aiding in audit activities.
* Assist in preparing monthly payroll and undertake additional HR duties as necessary.
* Provide support in handling various administrative tasks, projects, and report generation.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years of post-qualified experience in Finance & Accounting.
* Good command of English. Must be able to speak Mandarin.
* Strong communication skills to support stakeholders and proactively identify and act on risks and opportunities (both compliance and performance R&O).
* Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office suite.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
