[Fcm] Operation Officer Intern

Job Description
You will support Protection and Security Team with these following duties:
Monitor and manage surveillance equipment and database, including:
Access control systems: ID card management, access control data report
Space management systems: tool management, space & seat management
Security camera system
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Involve in internal/external audits and support to fulfill findings/ reports
Support team activities/events
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
3rd year university student, able to intern full-time
Proficiency with MS. Excel (familiar with working with large data and using formulas in excel), other tools will be trained during work
Detail oriented, multi-tasking, organized and taking ownership/responsibility of tasks
Ability to work independently
Good at written English, basic English communication
