Engineer, Quality System

We are looking for the talent for Quality department who are able to work with the team and are willing to learn.

What will you do

• Together with the Supervisor, assist the Quality System Managers and the Administrator to ensure that the operations achieve quality, productivity and output and improvement targets and ensure quality system align with ISO, IATF standard as well as customer requirement (CSR)
• Be responsible of quality system as ISO9001/TS16949/CSR/EICC/Customer standards.

• Work as QMS coordinator in Plant. Implement internal audit, coordinate for external audit in order to meet requirement of standards. Document control and distribution.
• Handle for customers requirement (self-assessment), PPAP and customer audit. Be responsible as backup local coordinator for ECN, PCN.
• Handle control map for automotive product.
• Organize and participate vendors/supplier assessment.
• Training to Subordinates and their performance assessment, training for new employee about QMS
• Responsible for attaining key performance indicators (KPI), process improvements and ensures that the results fulfill the Quality department's overall KPI statement.

1. Experience and knowledge in a broad range of quality best practices and quality industry codes and standards. (7 Principles of Quality Management, 7 QC tools…),

2. Good understanding and working knowledge on Tools like Statistical methods, Sampling, SPC, FMEA, and MSA

3. Good understanding about quality standards and implementation (ISO, IATF, CSR, VDA 6.3)

4. On the job Training, Coaching skills, and Basic management & Kaizen

5. Preference will be given to those with advanced working knowledge of industrial systems and related operational controls, monitoring systems, and/or third (3rd) party audit experience.

6. Good knowledge in problem solving (5 Whys analysis…)

7. Honest, open minded, candid, high personal Integrity.

8. Good in English communication.
