E-Commerce/Online Biz Development Manager

• Lead and drive for Click and Mortar overall business, and Tiki Ngon marketplace implementation
• Lead the new business development models for online, including: social commerce, partner with fresh, partners with Delivery service and online banking, and other new business models in the future...
• Contribute channel inputs to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for each new business models in the market.
• Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated. Applied for Tiki Ngon, C&M and business models in charge
• Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for total NIM in business models in charge. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions. Work closely with KA team for JBP development for online activities.
• Work with Customer teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution, Sales and TTS targets. Support the construction of key commercial propositions at the Channel level. And being the Online Expert to support for KA teams in transfering Knowdge and Guideline
• Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

• 3 year in sales, commercial planning, or marketing / media; shopper marketing experience is a strong advantage
• Strong media experience is a must Solid knowledge in media planning process / BBNW / key digital platforms principles
• Strong communication skills; Strong in Eng
• Result oriented, hardworking and details focused
