Design promotional banners, social media visuals, and marketing assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
Contribute to the visual layout and design consistency across the website and other digital channels.
Assist in the management and optimization of product listings on our e-commerce platform.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
Help in the creation and management of content for the online store, including product descriptions, images, and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the user experience and improve customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with e-commerce platform (Website, Shopee, Lazada).
Must have experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Good communication skills in English; TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent (IELTS, other certifications).
