• Upsell and recommend service upgrades when needed.

• Has experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills – ability to guide and assist clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and performance analysis.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.

• Confident in phone interactions and engaging with clients.
