Mô tả công việc:

To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services tasks across the business.
To ensure that the Customer Services function operates effectively and that the functions’ activities are aligned to departmental and Company objectives.
Proactively approach and exploit potential customers related to oil and gas and bulk cargo projects.
To ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations, orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales.
To ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales.
To represent the Customer Services function as an active member of the Senior Management Team.
To actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer Service standards within Call Enquiries and Order Processing.
Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
Participate and contribute to relevant management meetings.
Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
All daily activities must be reported to Operations Director

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education: College degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in logistics, breakbulk cargo, or the oil and gas sector.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the shipping market, shipping agents, and ship brokers.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing) with excellent communication and commercial negotiation abilities.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and work effectively with international clients.
Work Ethic: Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
