Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Track and update order status, ensuring timelines and customer requirements are met.
- Prepare and send quotations aligned with customer and partner requirements.
- Collect, consolidate information, and complete bidding documents in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Generate periodic reports on work status, project progress, and operational performance.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management or the company.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- College or University graduation in Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience in import-export or logistics.
- Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Office, and specialized software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, dynamic, and eager to learn and improve.
- Good at adapting, self-management, and handling pressure.
- Desire for long-term engagement.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (08:00 - 12:00; 13:30 - 17:30), Sat (08:00 - 12:00)
