Mô tả công việc

- To Manage CS team activities (task division, personnel management, team building, training, etc.)
- Making the detailed reports to Japan, synthesize complaints and take measures to handle together with the director and parent company in Japan
- Business correspondence with other departments (contracts, complaints, import and export, etc.)
- Supporting to introduce new software system to customers (order management software)
- Other tasks will be asked by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

{MUST}
- University Degree above
- Having 5 years of experience as Customer Service, Sales Staff, Sales Support, Sales Admin.
- At least 2 years or more as Leader or Supervisor.
- Having experience to manage at least 5 members.
- Japanese with N2 holder (Speaking & Listenining is at least N2 intermediate level)
- English: At least Strong Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 700+) or Chinese is at least HSK5 level.
- Proficient in office.
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Work pressure
- Long-term commitment
