Culinary Chef

• Providing the technical support and demonstrating new concepts to drive Rich Experience and achieve operating financial targets
• Provides culinary leadership and support to achieve business objectives, initiatives and strategies.
• Provides culinary and sales support in the execution of the On-Site FS customer business plans to grow the base business and secure new businesses.
• Provide menu and recipes development, technical and sales support to the National Commercial Chain Accounts.
• Provides training and demonstrations to technical sales associates and customers on new menu or/and recipes application.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers
• BS in related field, culinary degree preferred
• Strong understanding of culinary arts
• Strong understanding of menu application and concepts
• Recognizes and implements industry trends
• Understands product development processes at MFG level

• Minimum 5 years food industry experience
• Minimum 2 years commercial chains operations experience to include culinary experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills to include solid presentation skills
• Established relationships with key broker partners preferred

• Strong PC proficiency in MS Suite
