Cross-Border Operations Supervisor

1. Assist the sales department in completing price calculations, product quoting, and addressing customer inquiries during the sales process.

2. Provide relevant training to customers on product usage and follow up on any issues they encounter during use.

3. Promptly follow up and address any customer anomalies and complaints, collect and report anomalies for timely resolution.

4. Responsible for product cost calculations and analysis.

5. Verify supplier invoices, conduct statistical analysis, and promptly address and provide feedback on any data or billing anomalies for resolution.

6. Timely coordinate and follow up on resolving end-mile logistics anomalies in various company departments and promptly report them.

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Priority will be given to those with management experience in transportation and distribution related fields.

3. Familiar with transportation and distribution business processes.

4. Familiar with various transportation and distribution management software.

5. Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, independent work ability, able to withstand pressure.

6. Has logical thinking ability, good at summarizing and organizing.

7. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

8. Fluent in English and Chinese.
