    Mô tả công việc

    Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's technical hiring needs.
    Partner with managers to understand their technical talent requirements and develop job profiles and specifications.
    Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry-specific communities.
    Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and technical communities to expand the talent pool and enhance the employer brand.
    Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to effectively manage candidate data and workflows.
    Provide guidance and support to managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection decisions.
    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top technical talent.
    Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
    Plan and implement the succession team program;
    Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by direct Manager.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within Sales C&I andElectrical Engineers.
    Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends in Solar Industry.
    Experience using various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and online platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and selection methodologies.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Accept challenging and adapting to continuous changes in the organization.
