Chief Accountant (Chinese Language)

• Manages the overall accounting and tax activities of Company.
• Determines solutions to ensure compliance with company’s Accounting Policies, IFRS, Vietnam GAAP and other Government requirements.
• Acts as contact point for external auditors. Manages interaction with Corporate Auditors and resolves audit and Compliance findings.
• Follows corporate policies and procedures such as invoice processing, cash management, and expense policies.
• Training and team building local finance team.
• Check and record VAT invoices into the system.
• Follow up AR/AP.
• Check recorded VAT invoices for monthly tax declaration.
• Check payment records and payment deadlines for suppliers. Follow up advance and reimburse of employee.
• Consolidate data to make reports.
• Store accounting files, supplier statements and invoices on general drive and soft file

• Other duties as assigned.

• Fluent in Chinese. Know English is a plus.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting related fields is required. CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus. 2.5+ years experience in finance/general accountant/ chief accountant positions with previous experience, e-com industry is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial matters and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Experience working with MS Office and Oracle systems.
