Chief Accountant (Bewell Clinic)

Bewell Sai Gon Health Clinic Company LTD; a member of IFF Holdings, specializes in Medical. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Chief Accountant position working at The Oxygen Buildings 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with the following requirements:

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Managing and coaching a team to ensure accounting functions are performed efficiently and effectively.

• Maintaining business processes and internal controls of entities, including managing day to day accounting, budget & forecast, performing financial analysis, business support, handing of all tax & audits matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform financial reporting function & preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis (Full Set Handling)

• Manage and review the financial statement & taxation matters, i.e balance sheet schedules, income tax computation, goods & service tax returns, governmental surveys are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis.

• Provide financial accounting support and analysis to business units; ie ROA, ROE, EBIT, EBITDA

• Responsible for credit control and receivables management, AR aging preparation.

• Review of daily and monthly payment process.

• Manage cash flow and working capital, AP aging preparation

• Responsible for COGS calculation, Inventory movement and margin calculation

• Ensure company assets are properly accounted for, review of asset listing, asset tagging, in compliance with company policy. (To Keep Fixed Assets Register and Well maintain and filing of related documents)

• Ensure all intercompany balances and transactions are properly reconciled.

• Assist in annual budget and forecasting process.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and project staff as required for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

• Assist in finance-related IT system / project implementation on ad.hos basis.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from a recognized university / ACCA qualification, preferably a Chartered Accountant.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Independent, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
