Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial policies.

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments while complying with labor laws and tax regulations.

Support management in financial planning for salaries, bonuses, and compensation structures.

Prepare and finalize financial statements, consolidated reports, and management performance analyses.

Ensure full tax compliance (monthly, quarterly, annual), including VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT, and manage reconciliations with tax authorities.

Supervise internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and handle tax inspections.

Develop, implement, and continually improve financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

Manage banking relationships, oversee financial transactions, and ensure effective cash flow management.

Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, assist in budget preparation, and ensure cost control.

Review company contracts to verify financial terms and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and data management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Chief Accountant qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably as a Chief Accountant in retail stores with online sales.

Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), and familiarity with IFRS.

Proven experience in financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial advice.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Knowledge and experience in foreign economic activity (import-export).

Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
