Organize and oversee financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and issue various financial statements and reports routinely.
Conduct financial analysis to reflect the business results in a timely manner.
Establish and enhance financial management systems to optimize operations.
Monitor and manage costs, budgeting, and forecasting to support company growth.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial strategies align with business
objectives.
Provide leadership and training to the accounting team to promote professional development.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in financial processes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience in managing a team and improving financial systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and Vietnamese.
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
