Organizing and managing the activities of the Accounting Department of BnK Vinh
Strictly controlling the legality of all documents in accordance with regulations and company regulations; related tax regulations
Directing, inspecting, and controlling arising accounting operations
Preparing management reports, consolidated reports of the Group, and reports according to the regulations of the State and the tax authorities; working with relevant authorities
Assuring the department is carrying out its duties carefully and accurately by providing leadership for the financial department and managing the finance staff successfully
Aiding in the assessment, analysis, and formulation of suggestions for the management about the creation of the monthly financial performance report
Reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and processes in events of business and legal changes and toward the right balance of simplification and effectiveness on a monthly basis
Managing financial operations with the banks and/or any other financial entity
Performing other duties on request based on company’s demands from time to time

Having at least 3 years of experience as an accountant
Graduating from university with a major in finance and accounting
Mastering Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Accounting Law, Tax Law (Advanced level), and Vietnamese accounting standards
Being excellent in all MS Office applications, especially Excel
Giving preference to candidates with experience in the IT field
Demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a high level of integrity, enthusiasm as a team player, strong interpersonal skills, and being a hands-on manager willing to learn and grow

Working hours: HN: 8:30 - 17:30, 5 days/ week.
