Chief Accountant ($1600, ID 21404)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant($1600, ID 21404)

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain the chart of accounts to support effective financial reporting and business analysis.
• Prepare and issue invoices and receipts, while monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor operating costs and EBITDA performance against approved budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions.
• Process monthly payroll, commission calculations, and statutory employee benefits, including social and medical insurance in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and calculate statutory taxes, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT), ensuring timely filing and compliance.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management reports, and budget reports within established deadlines.
• Supervise, assign, and review the work of the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and departmental objectives (OKRs).
• Liaise with government authorities, external auditors, overseas finance teams, and internal departments to support financial and compliance matters.
• Resolve accounting and financial issues, provide support for HR-related financial matters, and handle ad hoc assignments as required.
• Provide financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and business advisory support to the Board of Directors to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Male/Female. Under 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Having 5 years of experience in a similar Accounting management role
• Fluent in English
• Strong expertise in tax accounting, including corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
