• Create, modify master data of vendor, sub-contract in the third-party repository of SAP.
• Check the validity of the third-party information and correct errors if necessary.
• Follow the Third-party Centralized Unit team mailbox and respond to users.
• Get in touch with users to collect/ clarify information to complete their request.

• French mandatory.
• Understanding of spelling and syntax.
• Competent at office software, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Understanding of the navigation in SAP ECC is a big advantage.
• Excellent English (writing and speaking).
