You will have the following skills and experience: + At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits + Strong understanding of local employment laws and compliance requirements. + Demonstrated ability to apply HR knowledge and experience in a strategic way. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail. + Team-oriented mindset. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
