Business Operations Manager

Review current sales process and suggest improvements to enhance sales / marketing performance to meet targets

Provide sales team with structured content to enable them to effectively engage customers

Tracking of Marketing daily KPIs including: No of Leads Generated, SQL %, CPL etc

Tracking of Sales daily KPI including: CVR of the whole team, CVR of staffs etc

Collecting data from Sales and Marketing teams to create daily/ weekly/ monthly report

Facilitate communication between the Sales and Marketing teams to streamline processes and improve cross team coordination

Support in building and training teams in Southeast Asian markets

Manage communication between Nobi VN team and Nobi SEA team / vendors in SEA markets and support in translation between English and Vietnamese where needed

Proven experience in sales operations/ operations or a related role from 2 years ++

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Salary: 18-25 million VND;
