Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets in digital marketing services.
Identify market opportunities, build a pipeline of leads, and nurture client relationships to close deals successfully.
Lead the proposal development and pitching process, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions that align with client goals.
Work closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Media, etc.) to ensure the delivery of campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for Carta Holdings.
Negotiate contracts and ensure mutual benefit for both the client and company.
Mentor and coach the business development team to drive individual and collective performance.
Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions (e.g., SEO, social media, paid ads, KOL marketing, content marketing).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus.
