Available To Work - Kế Toán Tổng Hợp/General Accountant- Salary

Job Description:

• Update weekly report (financial forecast, ARAP report and etc)
• Input data to Gsabis software: record sales, expense, cash, bank account…
• Issue invoice to customer
• Check document and make payment request (domestics & oversea)
• Contact insurance office for changing labor (if any), submit report for using labor first and last 06 month of the year.
• Office supplies ordering and inventory management
• Make quarterly report: VAT, PIT, PIT deduction document and submit to tax office. Pay tax in time
• Make annual financial report (BS, PL, Note, Cash Flow, CIT and PIT finalization) and submit to tax, statistic department, finance department
• Other tasks assigned by CEO

Education and Experience:

• College/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field; At least 10 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Language Skills:

• English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong capability to draft professional documents and financial reports in English.

• Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Logical thinking and the ability to work under pressure.
