Responsibilities:
• Act as a key member of the Brand Accounting team, working closely with the Commercial team and brand partners (customers).
• Manage the end-to-end brand accounting process, including revenue recognition, receivable tracking, brand-level P&L, and AR days monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Operations and Tax teams to ensure accurate tax treatment and compliance.
• Support internal and external audit processes, as well as other statutory and compliance filings.
• Continuously review and improve accounting processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Participate in system improvement initiatives, including ERP enhancements and accounting system integration and implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or leadership team.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
• Familiar with VAS and IFRS
• ACCA, CPA, or other professional qualifications are a strong advantage
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting operations or audit; Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
• Big 4 auditing experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
