Asset Quality Management

- Managing end-to-end debt collection and asset management procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. - Ensuring effective debt collection activities on a regular basis with the quality of services provided to customers through various collection operations, comply with Banking regulations/processes, ensuring progress and quality of assigned work. - Contributing to the enhancement of efficiency in debt settlement and credit operation activities by contributing ideas to develop policies, processes and guidelines - Other tasks assigned by line manager
