Mô tả công việc:

  • Manage, build, and develop the distribution network and oversee sales operations.
  • Supervise and support Sales Supervisors in achieving sales targets and complying with company policies.
  • Train and develop the supervisory team while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Accounting, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products/services.
  • Organize and implement promotional campaigns, sales support programs, and effectively manage promotional materials while evaluating campaign performance.
  • Propose sales policies and business strategies to the Board of Directors to meet customer needs and company growth objectives.
  • Collect and analyze market data, monitor sales trends and brand performance, and develop periodic action plans for assigned areas.
  • Review and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Sales Supervisors.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers to strengthen brand presence and product display.
  • Gather feedback from customers and store owners regarding products, business policies, and service quality.
  • Resolve issues arising from employees, customers, and business operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors and business partners.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and developing teams.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to provinces as required by the job.
  • Good understanding of the FMCG market in Vietnam, especially Hanoi and surrounding provinces.
  • Good English communication skills.
