Mô tả công việc:

1. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Accounting Manager to join our knitwear factory. This is a "one-man band" role, meaning you will be the sole finance and accounting person on site. You will be fully responsible for the entire accounting lifecycle, from bookkeeping to final reporting, while ensuring strict compliance with Vietnamese tax laws.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with extensive experience in the knitwear manufacturing sector and is proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1). Immediate availability or a very short notice period is highly preferred.
2. Key Responsibilities
Financial & General Accounting (Full Cycle)
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the factory independently.
- Perform full ledger management, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets, and inventory/cost accounting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for factory operations.
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all tax regulations, including FCT (Foreign Contractor Tax), VAT, PIT, CIT, and License Tax.
- Prepare, review, and submit all tax declarations (monthly, quarterly, and annually) accurately and on time.
- Liaise with tax authorities during inspections and handle all tax finalizations.
Cost Accounting & Inventory (Critical for Knitwear)
- Perform cost accounting for knitwear production, including raw materials (fabric, accessories), WIP, and finished goods.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and overheads to support management in pricing and cost control.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store-keeper to ensure inventory counts are accurate and aligned with the SAP B1 system.
SAP B1 Management
- Utilize SAP Business One (SAP B1) as the primary ERP tool for all accounting entries, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ensure the system is configured correctly to meet the specific needs of knitwear manufacturing (e.g., Bill of Materials, production orders).
- Troubleshoot basic SAP B1 issues and coordinate with the IT support team or headquarters for system upgrades or fixes.
Reporting & Internal Control
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis for the General Director and headquarters.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, particularly regarding cash, inventory, and procurement.
Customs Compliance & Logistics Management (EPE Focus)
- Oversee the Logistics and Customs function to ensure smooth import/export operations for textile raw materials and finished goods.
- Supervise and verify the Customs Final Settlement Report (Báo cáo quyết toán hải quan) to ensure perfect alignment between Customs data (E-Cus), Warehouse inventory, and Accounting ledgers.
- Monitor and manage EPE-related tax incentives, import duty exemptions, and compliance with Vietnam Customs regulations.
- Maintain relationships with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to optimize logistics costs and lead times.
Warehouse & Inventory Control
- Oversee warehouse operations (raw materials, fabric, accessories, and finished goods) to ensure accurate stock control and optimal space utilization.
- Implement and enforce strict inventory management procedures, including regular cycle counts and annual physical stocktakes.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies between physical stock, warehouse records (WMS), and accounting books to eliminate customs audit risks.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
- CPA, ACCA, or KTV (Chief Accountant) certificate is mandatory (required by Vietnamese law for this position).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role is preferred.
- Must have experience in the Knitwear, Textile, or garment manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills
- SAP Business One (SAP B1) proficiency is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and regulations.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- "One-Man Band" Mentality: Must be a self-starter capable of working independently without a local team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards.
Languages:
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred (ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management/stakeholders).
- Professional working proficiency in English (for corporate reporting).
- Native Vietnamese.
