Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Sales Data Management: Collect, validate, and input daily sales data; ensure accurate alignment across internal systems (Misa, Sapo)
- Invoicing: Issue sales invoices promptly and ensure proper recording and filing as per tax and internal requirements. We use Sapo invoice system which is synced with Misa accounting system
- Payment Processing: Manage and track incoming and outgoing payments; ensure timely record/reconciliation of payment to vendors and accurate customer receipts.
- Banking Tasks: Monitor and reconcile bank transactions; prepare and maintain daily bank statements update to Misa system
- Debt Reconciliation: Track customer and vendor balances; perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute periodic sales reports; provide insights into trends, variances, and key metrics.
- System Management: Maintain records in the MISA accounting system; reconcile financial data with general ledger entries.
- Document Control: Organize and store financial documents including invoices, receipts, payment records, and reconciliation reports for audits and internal review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail.
- Experience with MISA accounting software is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; capable of handling large datasets and generating reports.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese tax invoice processes.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic English communication or higher is a plus.
- Able to apply AI to work efficiently
