Accountant

Total Cargo Expertise Vietnam, a part of ECS Group, is looking for an Accountant to join its dynamic APAC accounting shared services center based in Ho Chi Minh city.

Scope of work:

- Preparing monthly reportings according to Group's policy

- Collecting AWBs, shipper letter of instruction and cargo manifest per flight from Airlines operation team

- Issuing and sending sales invoices to customers. Communication with customers in case of discrepancies.

- Coordinating with local Finance Manager to control and reconcile AR/AP on a weekly basis. Checking outstanding payment and receipt vouchers for a timely and full collection

- Coordinating with Finance Managers in other countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, etc.) to control creditors ageing analysis/control

- Sending Cargo sales report to accounting department of Airline

- Preparing profit and loss statements, total airfreight revenue, commission and submitting the Cargo Sale Report to Finance Manager

- Reconciling between airfreight invoice of airlines and Cargo Sale Report

- Participating in Group consolidation process including intercompany reconciliation and preparing Reporting package

- Assisting Finance teams in preparing Budget/Forecast

- Assisting Finance Managers in liaising with local auditors during annual statutory audit

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting – at least 1 year of experience required

- Fluent English in professional communication

- Experience with Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset

- Positive, flexible & team-oriented attitude

- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics AX is a plus
