1. Payment & AP/AR Accountant (01 Headcount)
• Handle daily payment processes including cash, bank transfers, and online platforms.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Verify and process payment documents and vouchers in accordance with company and EPE compliance regulations (especially following tax’s regulations)
• Monitor aging reports, follow up overdue receivables, and report potential bad debts.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements monthly and prepare payment proposals.
• Handle and check all document relating to supplier’s documents, arrange document as our company’s regulation.
• Support periodic financial audits and provide payment/cash flow reports as requested.
2. Fixed Asset & Cost Accountant (01 Headcount)
• Record and update fixed asset data: acquisition, allocation, transfer, and disposal.
• Calculating and post monthly depreciation.
• Conduct periodic asset inventory and ensure compliance with internal policies and EPE customs regulations.
• Calculate standard and actual product costs; analyze cost variances.
• Support management in pricing decisions and financial planning with detailed cost reports.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports for customs, tax authorities, and auditors related to EPE-specific assets.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related major.
• Good in English
Critical Competences:
• Experience working with ERP system
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience and 4 years of working manufacturing factory
• Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST, SAP, or equivalent)
