Welding Team Leader

1. ​Customer quotation elaboration: Receive inquiries and elaborate pricing, planning and budget

• Customer project documentation analysis
• Analyse technical feasibility and quality requirment
• Define nesting drawings and raw material supplies
• Define welding process and methods
• Send Inquiries to supplier
• Define welding time and production cost
• Elaborate & review offer, schedule & budget

​2. Project Management: Arrange part production from Purchase order reception until delivery

• Validate production schedule, process and negotiation.
• Make purchase order and follow-up suppliers. Launch production and manage welding team.
• Set-up and follow up Welding book and Quality documentation.
• Work with NDT subcontractor and quality dept. to ensure part and documentation conformity.
• Collaborate with other dept. for supply chain and logisitic operation

3. Welding Dept. development: Coordinate and lead of growth of the welding shop

• Organize welding dept. layout.
• Define and supervise workload and production schedule.
• Define machinery investment and toolings.
• Manage stock of consumable, gas, filler, PPE….
• Follow-up welder and equipement certificate.
• Lead maintenance operation.
• Ensure shop is well organised, clean and tidy.
